Thank you for visiting and shopping at Rock 'n' Road. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
Please note that some items may be unavailable at our local warehouse but available from our main warehouse or supplier. If any part of your order is affected, we will contact you via email to inform you of a dispatch delay of approximately 2–5 days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Click & Collect is available from our unit in Edinburgh. The address is St. Margaret's Farm Business Units, St. Margaret's Farm, Unit 12, Loanhead, EH20 9SS
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Delivery Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
We do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses at this time.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages
Rock 'n Road is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the UK.
